yes you can there are many sellers having 2 accounts ! when i report this thing to the staff they said it's not against there TOS.

How is it against TOS?

TOS says nothing about having multiple accounts. I was curious and i read TOS today again and there is no limitations for it.
Long ago i also heard it's against TOS, but after reading all terms i found nothing.
If someone really want to be 100% sure, you can always contact help desk to verify.

Officail staff members are not on the forum very often. Read TOS or contact them trough help desk.
