How fast do you respond to your customers?

How fast do you respond to customer private messages on SEOClerks? Do you check your messages first thing every morning? Or, do you check multiple times daily? Do you have your alerts set to send you an email message? What's your method or routine for keeping up with customer questions, so you can provide the highest quality customer service possible?

I do whatever I can to answer messages as fast as possible. I do it several times per day and that's the very first thing I do every morning. If I for some reason can't answer a specific question or something similar, that's what I tell the one who's inboxed me, just to make sure that I always reply to each and every message I get. I believe it's better to "play it safe" and respond to every message I get instead of loosing customers who think's I don't give a ratsa** about them.

Checking your messages on SEOClerks is very important as there could be an important update on an order which you need to know about. No reason to postpone checking those messages until the end of the day.

Nice Question....I will check my Seoclerks Alerts every 5 minutes....Response time - 6 hours....I always try to be fast and respond the clients instantly....Also I use my Mail App as a reminder....

It's good to respond fast. I have the SEOClerks site up all day in a tab. So I know when a message comes in, assuming I'm at my computer and not away. Whenever possible, I respond quickly, even if to just acknowledge that I've read the message. If I can't give an answer on a situation, then I let them know I'll research it. But, usually customers message with feedback or further instructions, which is always appreciated.

But, usually customers message with feedback or further instructions, which is always appreciated.


It helps your reputation when you can respond to a customer quickly. Then they think of you as providing fast service.

Isn't response time a combination of time it takes you to respond to a message from the buyer as well as completion time for a purchased service? Even if you respond to messages in five minutes and a job takes a month, it will balance out.

It's more to do with how you respond to the message posted to you on the sales order. The private messages are not counted into this so even if you never respond it won't count against you.
