    How to write original freelance articles

    Pretty much every subject you can imagine has been written and published multiple times online. So it's hard to approach any subject from an original point of view. And, considering most writers will only use page one of search results for their own research, all articles end up being the same, just churning up the same info with a slightly different set of words. So how can you make your freelance articles unique or original? Not just for SEO but also to become a better writer and even earn more money.

    One new tip is worth so much more than stuffing a page with info that has been around the block more than once!

    I agree that new info it always needed. Make the article fun to read and engage the reader and you will see success.

    This is a hard one. Because some niches are super saturated such as weight loss. And all that info has been replayed over and over.

    Try to add new info to your article. This is the biggest step. Even if you are only offering one new tip, it is worth it.


    As part of my writing research, I read a lot of articles and much of what I read is recycled info. That doesn't help me learn anything at all. So I'm appreciative of any new info I can find on a subject.

    You could also add opinions to your articles if you wanted to and it was acceptable to the client.

    You could also add opinions to your articles if you wanted to and it was acceptable to the client.

    This is useful especially if you are writing product reviews and have actually used the product before. Then you can give a good opinion as to why someone should buy it.

    When I write articles, I have the penchant of inserting an anecdote or excerpts of my personal experience on the subject matter. That alone will tag my article as an original and not just a rehashed version. More likely, my personal experience is unique. And not only mine but I can also use the actual experience of people close to me.
