1 month ago, I made a bid one of the WTB sections. This WTB was meant for rewriting 3 eBooks. I had bid for $90 and was accepted by the buyer as well! after 21 days I completed the order in time. The buyer seemed to be really satisfied with my work. He requested me to begin another project of writing 3 fresh eBooks. After a long discussion over the price, we both agreed upon to complete the task in $115. He posted a WTB and I bid as we had agreed. He said me to begin the work and he would purchase my bid in a day or two. I actually believed him and I completed many portions of the first eBook. Now, I see he has ordered someone else the same project. He betrayed me! Is this fair?
