How to Withdraw

I tried to withdraw my earnings but was unable to withdraw
When i type 8$ it shows ( min 15 max 4.00 )

what does this min how much can i withdraw at once ?

Minimum payout is $15 for level 1 seller, Sell some more stuff and you can withdraw when you have enough funds in your account.
