I would like to suggest SEOClerks to implement Neteller as a payment & withdrawal option?
It's not for me, but now they have Credit Cards available to countries without PayPal, so it would be a great option for those people.
What do you think and have you used them?

This would be an interesting idea because there are several countries out there who can't use PayPal and to provide them a new way to purchase services here would surely help improve the reputation of SEO Clerks by bringing in more users!
