    As robert said, only your income money that has been earned can be withdrawn. Any other money that has been added by "Free Money" or any special event such as Jordans promoting of an affiliate store cannot be withdrawn.

    Hi amberly,

    Sending in multiple tickets is only going to cause delays, more than 1 ticket will never mean a faster response. Helpdesk staff can only get to tickets as fast as they can.

    If you have cancelled the order then there's nothing that will be able to be done for that order. Once cancelled, orders stay cancelled.
