    Add Live Chat feature for seller to Customer Support

    Imagine if seoclerk's seller can contact via live chat to customer support so they can get solution faster cause sometimes seller are in hurry condition and need fast solution about their problem. So, if there is live chat feature, I think they can get faster solution.
    Just suggestion for improvement. What do you think guys?

    A Live Chat involves great amount of work for the ones working there. The moderators/staff that is. Which, obviously, would cost a great amount of money (the salaries) since I can't see anyone working for free several hours per day.

    That said, I'd probably be interested in working there myself, for payment of course. Having the Live Chat open for a few hours here and there would probably be the best scenario for ionicware themselves, since it would become cheaper in salaries compared to a 24/7 live chat.


    I think this is one of the best suggested features to this date. Just think of all the people getting the feeling of SEOClerks being EVEN better, MORE serious and I honestly believe it will act as a huge symbol of greatness.

    @jordan, you should really give this one a thought or two.

    This feature will bring major positive results. I'm sure of it.

    Yes I hope they will attend to that soon. Because now a days continuous optimization process is going on regularly. I think @Beverly would look in to this.

    I hope sellers need a online chat for the conversation between them and their customers. Not with the staff.
