    SEOClerks Live Support !!

    Hi Everyone!!

    Has anyone noticed the same or its just me? I've never seen SEOClerks live support online because every time when I need some problem to get solved quickly, I always see that SEOClerks support is offline and then there's no option then to create "Ticket" and it takes 24-48hrs sometime to get response that way!!

    Sometimes we do need instant support about our issues, Because there are lot of people who don't know much about rules and make mistake and receive infractions and their account get locked, Then they look for help from support and then as I said never seen SEOClerks live support online.

    I think SEOClerks live support should improve because its a great way to improve website performance in many different ways......Anyone else thinks the same way??

    I've noticed this long time ago and it's not available at the moment, they're also unsure when will it be available, according to a staff.

    By right it's your responsibility to read all the rules (TOS/TOU/T&C).

    It is always offline, I think.

    Hey guys,

    We don't have "live" support enabled but we work really hard to make sure a ticket does not go too long without being answered. We have talked about enabling that feature but I am not sure if and when it will be enabled. I apologize if you don't get a response immediately but please be patient and I assure you will get an answer.
