Better Service Vetting is Needed

I've been pretty active of late making purchases.

The problem is that around 35% of the Services that I've ordered are not being delivered or are just plain out fake.

Some sellers are also using tricky graphics. For example, one seller advertises 600 Social Mentions in the Service Graphic and then changes the deliverables in the Gig Description.

So, I have no recourse but to cancel the service. Yes, the funds are returned, but it throughs off my planning and promotions.

I would suggest a tighter vetting process, and also weigh cancelations against sellers.

It's really frustrating to order a service, have no response from the seller and then wait only to have to cancel.

A forced cancellation is weighed against the seller. If every cancellation by a buyer was weighed against a seller, that would unfairly bias the system. As a buyer could simply wait until most of the work was done and then cancel the service, get a refund and damage the seller's reputation. And, how is that fair?

And, how would you suggest this situation to be handled? There is no way for staff to review a seller's services before they are submitted and anyone can submit a service. All you can do is report fake services or when someone does not deliver and only purchase from a reputable seller who has a proven record of delivering quality work.

1. The seller should not have received negative feedback for a service YOU were happy with.
This should be changed by support, as you had stated you have done just this!
