Hello,
Whenever you meet the requirements for user level upgrades it's done automatically. However, Level X are manually selected and you cannot reach Level X by meeting requirements in the same way as other user levels.
Here's what it says on the user level page:
Regarding user level X:
That said, with your 100 sales you could be eligible user level 4 and you should be upgraded automatically. In case you're not, you can always send a ticket to the support.

Getting X level seems to be very tough.
I know it says staff choose X level but does anybody know which staff?
After that staff will decide upon their best judgement to Promote you to Level X or not Are you sure you want to delete this post?

It seems as if Level X is the best thing to have here.
I have moved up to a level 2 and hoping to be level 3 soon.
I'm trying to deliver the highest quality service, and highest quality value that I can add to this awesome community.
Maybe If I keep doing all the things i'm doing I'll be considered one day for level X :)

I feel like I have the Level X qualification. How to knock staff about this?
Requirements for Level 5
- You must be an affiliate
- Completed 250 Orders/Purchases
- Must have 100 unique affiliate sales
- Have no Infractions (follow the rules)
- Login Very Often (once per 7 days)
- Have a 97% rating or higher
- 24 Hour or less response time
Requirements for Level X
- Must be Level 3 or greater (once again, reaching user level 5 should increase your chances.)
- Should be an affiliate (should be doesn't mean you HAVE to but once again, this should increase your chances.)
- Should have social pages representing you here (Same as above. Should be doesn't mean HAVE to, but it should increase your chances.)
- Must get noticed by Staff (The most vital part. This is where you'll have to do some magic as you cannot spam or message staff directly asking to be promoted. This will instead do the opposite. This will decrease your chances.)

I understand that 100 unique affiliate sales might seem hard to reach, but remember, all user levels comes with outstanding benefits and everyone has the exact same chance of climbing the user level ladder. I won't say that it's easy but it's definitely fair.
Being promoted to user level 3,4,5 and Level X shouldn't be easy. It should involve a great amount of effort for each step and I personally believe these requirements for all the steps are great. Having the requirements like this, makes SEOClerks a better place for all of us.
We get people who cares. Cares about their business and cares about their clients. That said, even a seller who's level 1 can still be outstanding, but reaching higher user levels becomes a goal for each individual, which is in SEOClerks best interest. We want and need serious people.

So my suggestion is stop focusing on Level X and start thinking about the Community more how you can reward back the community that made you earned a lot and you will be Level X in no time

Whenever you meet the requirements for user level upgrades it's done automatically. However, Level X are manually selected and you cannot reach Level X by meeting requirements in the same way as other user levels.
Here's what it says on the user level page:
Regarding user level X:
That said, with your 100 sales you could be eligible user level 4 and you should be upgraded automatically. In case you're not, you can always send a ticket to the support.
