New Requirements for X Level

I think it might be time to readdress the requirements for X level.

It seems you have to get noticed but I am not sure that posting rubbish in the Forum is the best way to do that.
I refuse to start threads with the sole purpose of getting noticed and it seems that a lot of the crap threads are obviously from people trying to get X level.

Surely as a service provider, my time is better spent providing a top quality service to my customers, not making threads for the sake of it.

Just a thought, what do you think?

Hello,
I understand what you're thinking here but I can assure you that creating posts and threads aren't the only way to get noticed, even though it can help you alot. Providing high quality services, making suggestions, being active in the FAQ and in the forum, contribute by making tutorials, having lots of positive feedback and/or recommendations. All these things help. At least that's what I've been told. The reason for not having exact requirements is because level x is something unique. It's something you cannot reach by doing what everyone else is doing. You need to stand out in some way and when you do, you'll benefit from it.

From my point of view don't always wait for LEVEL-X do your work properly give your best to the seller and manage all your order properly active in forum than one day we will definitely touch the prize level-x .
no need to worry work your best.

I understand your point of view, and while making threads/posts in this forum is not the main way to acheive level X, there are a lot of newbies who think it is and have been cluttering up the forum with crappy posts lately, including a few members with unusually high post counts who feel the need to comment in every thread, even if they don't have anything useful to add. They just parrot what someone else has posted, or reword it slightly. That will only get them negative attention and they'll never get level X that way anyway.

if one wants to make any posts or comments, it should be done for the sake of passion of helping others and contributing meaningful points for everyone to benefit. it shouldnt be because you want to earn higher level but the passion of doing so. then every other things like level x, will follow

I would agree to some extent, forum is not only to get notice. I have seen some famous members doing lot of spammy comments just copy what we said and I agree..

I think getting notice is not this. You have to do something important here, you have to help. Whenever you commenting just try to help someone.

i think you are right...
i can't agree 100% with you...
yes, here are many rubbish threads which people doing to get noticed...
but it is also helpful for many users...
everybody share their experience to solve others problem...
helping each other....
forum is needed for sellers...
but yes i also think there must be some requirements for level X....
