    User Levels and 1%, 2% extra of all sales. Is it automatically set?

    Hi.

    Few days ago I reached "Level 4" on my account. I found on this page that with level 4 I will earn 1% extra on all sales (both normal and affiliate).

    I got few sales after that but amount I'm receiving is still the same, without extra 1%.
    My question is if this 1% is set automatically, or manually by staff?

    Here is example of my last sales:

    From 1$ orders I should be getting $0.81, but I'm still getting $0.80

    FelixIT is see that you are on level 4. Are you getting that extra 1% on your normal sales?
    From $5 sale you should be getting $4.05. Are you getting that amount or normal fee is taken (20%) and you are seeing $4 ?

    That extra 1% is not showing in "Upcoming Payments" or "Awaiting Clearance" so I don't think so.

    I guess I will create support ticket and ask this question. Will let you know if I will find out how it works.

    Hello,
    I believe the extra % doesn't show. It's not displayed among your orders. When the funds have been cleared and they go in to your balance and when they are available for withdrawal, the extra % will be automatically added to your account balance.

    I might be wrong though. Perhaps @jordan or a mod can confirm this? Perhaps @farahkhan @Beverly or @anwebservices can?

    @hitmeasap You are correct. I just got reply from support:

    The balance area may show $0.80 but when added to your balance will be the $0.80 + extra %


    I think that this should be improved. It would be nice to see extra % on your stats and not only final balance.
