My response time on Buyers's order

Hello friends, i have question & suggestion as well if you guys & staff members like.

Someone order one of my service & do not submit details(Means order is still pending) and I do not get any notification at all But why my response time is increasing till this order is not started?

I thing buyer is responsible till he/she do not submit details so sellers response time should not be increased.
OR
There must be some notification option that remind us that one of order is still pending, please ping buyer.
We can only see pending order by clicking on "ALL" sales options.
Easy solution can be this, Pending order must be shown in active orders with red or something else background.

My response time is still 2 days but i reply all queries and orders within few hours.

Thanks for reply.
My response time was 6 hours before these 2 pending orders. After these orders it reaches to 12 hours.
What was the fault of mine???

The response time is the average time when you respond to the buyer within the order message. Your other messaging time does not contribute to your response time. Even if the buyer does not send the details, you have to contact him/her within the order messaging page.
