1- I hate the idea of refreshing every 5 mins to see my new massages i wish it could be like facebook and skype with such vulnerability your forcing sellers and customers to prefer conversations in facebook or skype i frankly depend on receiving mail notification on mobile and pc cause i hate keep refreshing every 5 mins to see new massages

2-I wish the highlight service is more darker cause more than 50% of visitors are using high brightness, i had to set my screen darker to see the highlight
