what if buyer did'nt send detail?

Buyer just order me.
And he send me half detail which i required to start order.
I have sent too many msgs but henot responding,
Then i send mutual cancellation request. But he is not responding/accepting
So now what sould i do cancel forcely or let the order late?
Is cancel orders too much harmful for account?
Beacause i cancelled 3,4 more orders forcefully before

I guess it's better to submit mutual cancellation and if buyer doesn't respond to it, it will cancel automatically after few days

I had to do this a couple of times. It seems that some buyers never bother to log in again and it really makes me angry! I would also request a mutual cancelation and after some days if he still does not accept it the order will be canceled automatically. It is better than to go for a force cancelation as generally that is best done within 24 hours since when the order was placed if I am not mistaken.

Just for future reference. If you do too many force cancellations, then it can harm your account. Therefore, you should go with mutual cancellation and as anwebservices has said, if the buyer doesn’t accept the mutual cancellation within a few days, then it will be automatically cancelled. If the buyer is not willing to do a mutual cancellation by rejecting it and he still hasn’t provided full details, then you should contact the Ionicware helpdesk as doing force cancellation continuously is not a good idea but doing it when you need to once in a while won’t harm your account.

I have just had a similar issue with a buyer who ordered 10 articles but only sent me titles for 5. I pointed this out to him and he said that he will send them the day after. The next day arrived, and several days later he never sent me anything else. As the deadline was fast approaching and he never replied I wrote the ones he gave me instructions for. What I cannot understand is that this buyer seems to have been online but still did not answer. It is frustrating and it probably had a negative impact on my response time as I prolonged the day to write them.
