Is there way clients/customers can download "all"

I have been using this service for a few months, but over time it is hard to keep track of orders and downloads. Is there a way to log in and select "download all" and get all of the files at once.

It's not clear what kind of services you talking about, but in any case there is no option to "download all". Each service and each sale are separated and simply can't be combined all in one for many different reasons.

Any order you have handled will be saved along with the various discussions and messages and instructions you shared to complete that particular order. I cannot understand what you mean exactly by Download all', as ultimately all you need is available service by service and order by order.
