How I buyer change feedback?

Hi,

One of my client accidentally put negative feedback.

But he wants to know how to change the feedback

Buyer have to go to sales page of your services he bought, then scroll down to his feedback (where is everyone else feedbacks) and there is "edit" link next to his feedback to fix it

No i don't think once buyer put his / her feedback he can change by his own its not possible buyer have to contact the support team than only review can edit.

IT IS POSSIBLE!! If you recently bought some service(s) go and have look, you can edit your feedback. Just not sure for how long after sale, i guess about month or so....

after reading all the possible answers posted here, i go with anwebservices answer because i feel it is more real and truthful. but i know the feedback edit possibility is only limited for some time.

Hi contact with your buyer and give him your service url and tell him to go your service link and after scroll down that service, buyer should see his feedback, and beside right corner he/she will see edit option within 1 month after leaving feedback. Or you can show him by tacking a screenshot from your service by editing on Photoshop where he has to got for edit.
Let me know if you have any concern with your service url. I will show you more specifically

I also don't think you can edit your feedback once you have put it there.

Yes it is possible to edit from both side buyer/seller within certain period.

Hi within 30 days you are able to edit as much as you can. But I think it is not necessary to edit frequently

Yes, The buyer only contact to support center and he can send message for edit OR change his present thing. its possible and easy way.
