    You can bump. But why some one will do this. I am thinking that.


    Possibly the member has bumps he does not want to go to waste, so he shares them by bumping other seller services.

    Sometimes, if I see a really good service that I like which hasn't been bumped by the seller for awhile, I will bump that service as it deserves attention. I just assume the seller would have bumped it for himself but he is busy bumping other services.
