    I was in Level 2 user group but today I saw that I'm in Level 1. What happened to my account ?

    i was check your profile.you response time is 8 days thats why now you are level 1.if you want to back in level 2 then reduce response time to 72 hours.

    Noman here are Level 2 seller Requirements
    Completed/Purchased/Affiliated 10 Orders on time
    Have no Infractions follow the rules
    Your email must be verified
    Login Often once per 14 days
    Account is at least 7 days old
    First Completed Sale/Purchase/Affiliate Sale is at least 30 days old
    Have a 90% rating or higher
    Completed 1 Payment Withdrawal that is 20 days old
    72 Hour or less response time

    This was very informative because I never knew about this.I thought it only poor customer service that can reverse or drop one's level.Well, anyone that would give a response time p to 8 days is not really serious with work.Why would you keep a customer job up to 8 days when there are so many sellers looking for that same job.I think it will rather be unfair and doesn't show good service delivery as well.
