If you order service via seoclerks and paying via paypal and after that if order is canceled, your amount will be credited in seoclerks account, then you need to withdrawal in your paypal.

Contact Helpdesk regarding that . But once you have deposited the funds to seoclerks I am not sure if you can withdraw , still contact helpdesk they will guide you better .

Better you cancel the current order and chose other reputed seller who can do the job. Because if you want refund some percentage of money will be lost in the process.
