    How long will you wait before you report a problem with a buyer?

    How long will you wait on SEOClerks before you report a problem to the help desk? How many times are you required to talk to an uncooperative buyer before you can ask for help?

    Ideally, you will try to resolve the issue with your buyer before making a report. However, if the buyer is unresponsive and refuses to communicate with you, then you will have no choice but to cancel the order mutually or report the situation to staff on SEOClerks via helpdesk and ask for assistance or advice.

    The sooner you report a problem to the buyer or seller, the sooner you will be able to get the situation resolved.

    I don't think there is a minimum amount of times you have to talk to the buyer before you can report a problem. However, they suggest that you talk with the buyer so there won't be any misunderstanding. If he is not talking back to you, then you have the option to cancel the order or ask for help in resolving the situation.
