Regerding Bump issue

I have 48 bumps on my hand. For the lase one week i could not bump my services because a red marked sentence " This type of service is no longer allowed to be bumped."

Can anyone tell me why this situation go on and when can i bump my services?

social media services are restricted by the seoclerks.(twitter, facebook etc.). we are also facing the same issue.can you able to edit your same service...just check it out. I can't even edit my service.

Are you still being allowed to sell the service, just not create new services?
