What does Mean "Mark this Service On Sale"

I Noticed that while creating new gigs there is option at bottom Mark This Service On Sale.Can anybody explain what does mean?

This means that you can reduce your current price for a specific time period, just like on amazon etc products are on sale, in other word it means that you are giving discount to your buyers

On sale means you can give a lower price than the current amount for as maximum as 15 days so you will get more order if you are a seller.
