    Seller non-responsive and marked the job as "complete", when it wasn't?

    Hi guys

    I have attempted to contact the seller of a product that I paid for numerous times. They marked my job as complete, when, they had clearly not done this.

    They will not respond to any of my emails and I am at a loss as to how to proceed further.

    Any suggestions?

    And, you have worked with this person in the past? It's mysterious why a good seller would suddenly stop producing the quality work you had paid for before. If you purchased the service via SEOClerks, you can mark the order as incomplete and message them again asking for the service to be done right. And, if that does not work, then file a help ticket with SEOClerks helpdesk asking for assistance in cancelling the order so you can get your money back.

    If you purchased the service via SEOClerks, you can mark the order as incomplete and message them again asking for the service to be done right.     You have option to Reject the order,if the seller doesn't provide you with the work and mark the order as completed.

    If the same thing happen,then try to cancel the order either my mutual cancellation or force cancellation.

    You need to first contact the seller to get to know why he or she has to behave that way,if there's still no response you can mark your job incomplete yourself and then contact the site admin, if it was on here, you can contact SEOclerks,You don't need to panic it either your job would be done or your money return to you.
