I still wondering about this, which is better, a shorter title or a longer title?

Well i can write lot of about this to make a prompet and powerful title.
Before you create title always look into your competitor GIGS title.
For Example your are using Facebook Like Service and you probably use
Title: "1000 Facebook Like"
Actually its not going to work, because there is 100's of other people are doing that.
You have to do that:
Title "Cheap 1000+ Facebook Like in 24 hours with Bonus" << You may provide any bonus like extra 100 likes or something else which is related your gigs, our you may ask you buyer which bonus he/she want.
Or
Title: "1000+ Facebook Like in 24 hours with Free 100 Likes"
Or
Title: "1000+100 Facebook Like in 24 hours"
Or
Title: "I will give you 1000+ Facebook Like with Extra Bonus"
