How many new members daily?

Is there a typical number of new members that I should be expecting daily? Does it differ based on niche?

As a new moderator on a forum, I have see up to five or more new members sign up to our forum daily. This might seem like a small amount of new members, except some are real members and some are spam bots. So, that increases the amount of work we all have to do.

I would say that it depends on what your niche is and how interesting the forum is.

You have to have an interesting forum so you keep new members and draw in new ones as well.
