    What is your favorite thing about being an admin or moderator?

    Do you have a favorite job as an admin or moderator? Maybe you like interacting with the forum members or solving forum member issues or just being on forum as part of the staff.

    I'm a forum owner/admin and moderator on various sites. And, I love talking with others on the forum. This is my favorite part of forum life, whatever my staff title. Staying actively involved and being concerned about the members issues is very important to keeping the forum community strong. There are lots of little technical things about being an admin or forum owner that I enjoy.

    Deleting spam posts can be fun, though sometimes it's a tiresome job. I like coming up with fun new things to say to forum members. This is one of my favorite things of being a staff member on a forum.

    I think just having your own forum to run would be interesting. Meeting new people and just having a great time would be fun.
