Change is an inevitable part of any site or forum and you need to prepare yourself as things need to change over time to meet your user's needs.

You own the forum, you should be able to change it as you want to accommodate your own ideal image of the forum and to help you earn more money as you develop the forum community.

Since most forum changes I have witnessed always happen without consulting members first, I am sure it is something no one talks about. Most change decisions are done by admin for their own benefit. The only part I don't like when a forum is changed, is when my posts disappear and I have to be creative again.
