    On a blog post, you have the option to tag it with relevant keywords that could help with forum SEO and ranking your forum on Google Search. But, how can you tag a forum discussion in the same way?

    On some forum software, you will be given the option to include tags in each new discussion. You should use this option if it is available. Otherwise, you might simply add TAGS: (specify tags here) under each discussion.

    Most forums have a plug in you can use. Here's the plug in for tags for Xenforo.
