    Troublemaker list

    Do you keep a public or private list of known forum trolls and trouble makers, including those banned from your forum or known trouble makers on other forums? Do you think this would discourage others from trolling, if they knew they might end up on your list?

    This could lead to forum trolling by the people listed on your list. Never assume a member can't simply create another account and come back to respond to their name being on the list.

    Good point Daniella. I would have to say keeping a list is a good point but would keep it for my eyes only.

    Maybe you would just put banned members on this list, rather than names of people who are still on the forum. And, it could just be available for staff/owner to view.
