    What other features/benefits does your forum provide for members?

    Do you offer any special perks for members such as site games or social networking features (profile page/guest book, etc)?

    Games are a fun way to let everyone enjoy themselves. I also think that tutorials are a great way to entice members.

    Giving a rank to members is one way of providing inspiration. Another is the trophy or medal that can be automatically granted depending on the number of posts. It is common to get a trophy for the very 1st post. And I also see some forums with other awards like “keeps coming back” or words similar to that. The member feels an importance no matter how trivial simply because he was noticed for making his first post or for making 10 posts. And with the rank, it’s only appropriate to be called a senior member when he had already made 100 posts.
