    Do you publish articles and tutorials on your forum in your niche? Or, do you only have discussions and responses? And, do the articles get a good response from forum members? In what ways does it help to have a content bank of blog like articles on a forum?

    I have done tutorials and articles for others and really enjoy writing them.

    I love writing articles and tutorials as time allows. The research is always lots of fun. I have several Hubpages tutorials that earn fairly well, most based on niche topics such as skin care or acne.

    I understand that an article is an added content to the forum especially if it is lengthy. But we have to take note that forum members are usually with short attention span unlike blog readers who love to read long articles. When a typical forum denizen would encounter a thread with a long post, I’m sure he would bypass that simply because it is long. In one local forum that is very dynamic, their articles were not being noticed and with very few comments.
