Hidden content on a forum

Do you have hidden subforums where you offer content to loyal forum members who have minimum post count? For instance, maybe you have a premium downloads section for anyone with more than 100 posts or those who post regularly.

I think that this a great member perk. Maybe able to get more people to sign up so they can be members of the site this way.

I have seen a forum with such a board that is visible only to the elite members. The forum is about horse racing and most members are bettors. The exclusive board contains the horse racing tips for the day. So if you want to see those tips to aid you in your betting, you have to upgrade your membership for a fee. But for an ordinary forum, I don't think an exclusive board is necessary.
