    How to get more facebook fans on fan page?

    Use this basic 5 things to get more fans to your Facebook fan page:

    1. First and foremost thing to do is Create your Facebook fan page with a catchy image because a good image show your seriousness and effort, so is pulling good amount of fans.Poor image show even you're not interested then why others.
    2. Post some good and useful info. Send a request to your friend which are in your profile to like your page and ask them to do same with yours. Don't hesitate.
    3. Keep your fan page always up to date , so people spotted on your page could got it right.
    4. Once you cross 25 likes , take custom URL.
    5. Synchronize your fan page with your other profiles on social networks like Twitter, Digg, Stumble.

    Firstly i got confused after seeing the title How to get more facebook fans on fan page? because i thought you were asking a question and then i read all your points and they were the best options if you need organic real likes on your page, i never recommend buying page likes as most of them are fake and bot generated.

    I believe in Facebook advertising as its a large network and can attract customers on large scale.

    Hi anwebservice thanks for your nice question. Yes your all mentioned point really useful for getting organic or real fan for any page. There lot of technique people are using for getting more fan. I will try to mentioned few below:
    After creating a nice fan page
    ** Invite Your Friends to Become Your Fans
    Select Invite Friends
    Click the lists on the left or type a name in the search box to find friends
    Click the names of the friends you want to invite
    Click Send Invites

    ** Give your fans great content and this will get your fans posting about your page so that they are in the top of your mind when it comes time to dish out the goods.

    ** Link to Your Page In Your About Section as a Place of Employment
    Your Facebook profile page is highly visible so use this to your advantage by including a link to your page right below your profile picture.

    ** Offer an Incentive for People to Like Your Page
    The more valuable your incentive is, the more people will be compelled to click the “Like” button after they access it.
    An eBook or eCourse are two types of incentives that are excellent for attracting new fans.

    ** Use Facebook Page Cross Promotion
    If you are the owner of multiple Facebook pages you can interlink your pages by liking one page with the other page, and vise versa.

    ** Use Social Plugins like the Facebook Page Plugin
    The Facebook Page Plugin has gotten me thousands of free fans for various pages I have developed over the past several years.

    Thanks anweb always nice to get a refresher for my Fanpages! All your tips are really important for any fanpage new or old!

    Here's a couple ways I like to promote and grow some of my Fanpages using Facebook itself.

    So if you have a popular product/service it will stand to chance that there will be other Facebook Fanpages out there about that same product/service. There will be other pages and some will be fairly old and established and have quite a lot of fans. Well you can use these other pages to post to them and basically poach their fans from right under the owners nose. But if you do it right, you can do it in such a way that that the admins will end up liking your post themselves. If you are just doing blatant promotion on them then your post will get removed especially if nobody knows you on them first of all. Not all of them let you post to them but some do. Like these and like all their stuff and comment on them. Let them get to know you and that you're a fan first. Then eventually you can use these pages to post your own page as a recommendation of in your posts or even as an announcement and saying openly that you have a great page and invite everyone to check it out. By then the admins will be less likely to delete the post if you do the same for them on your page for them, they will definitely allow it and support that. Try not to think about rival Fanpages as your competitors! Think about them as helpers and they can help grow your Fanpage. How to get more facebook fans on fan page?

    Oh the other way was to use Facebook Groups as well. Obviously there are going to be groups that are related to what your Fanpage is about. But unlike Fanpages, once you join a group and your join request is approved you can start posting straight away. Facebook groups are a great way to get fans for your fanpage. Why? Because they don't have to leave Facebook to "like" it. If your group posts are appealing you they can become a fan of it without even leaving the groupt they're currently browsing. But the good thing is you can find a lot of groups in your market area and some of them have many thousands of users. You can engage with group users and their posts, make a name for yourself, share your fanpage link more in peoples replies too etc but if you are a member of a lot of groups in your niche and regularly use them everyday there is no reason why you can't pull in up to 100 new fans a day but it does take dedication to get to that level and you would do better if you delegated and outsourced the task as well and have different people posting regularly too but that opens a whole new can of worms.

    First of all you need to make sure that you set up the page well, including the picture you choose and I suggest planning posts in advance so that you have a good number as a backup in case you end up in periods where you cannot devote time to writing valuable content. It is important that you post regularly, and that the content is devised in a way that it attracts attention and offers something of value to readers. This will help to improve their readability and interest in whatever you start posting. Promotion is obviously important, so you may wish to connect with other social media platforms, use facebook tools, or even consider email marketing options if you want to do it really big.

    Yes this is good. If you make update time to time you will get more Fans On your Page. I have used a very good methods to gain organic Fans On my Facebook page or Clients Fan Pages.

    You are right on your advice in keeping the Facebook page up to date. That means you have to post regularly so your followers can read something new. I have a friend who posts every day on her Facebook page and when she does not post, her followers would be asking why. Posting regularly is a pretty good way of touching base with your followers and if later they would show concern then that means your posts are very effective in hitting the target.

    The important thing in fan pages is that the content posted in it should be valuable and interesting enough to attract people to your site. Also you need to post daily some quality material, posting twice daily will let people know that your fanpage is active.
