    If my money is under clearing, can the buyer cause a problem to withdraw it?

    Recently, I was busy and delivered an order at 70% complete.

    Then I asked the buyer to complete this.but he has not responded to me because he is offline.

    Now it shows clearing 9 as I am Level One. Now if the buyer logs into site, can he interfere with my ability to withdraw this money?

    Hi thanks for tell your issue here. I do not get your point clearly as you said order 70% complete. What do you main exactly? Did you deliver order without complete 100%? If you do so, it is completely violation of SEOclerks term. You can not deliver any task without complete. So ,if you deliver incomplete order and now it is clear by automatically, buyer has complete right to know why you deliver 70% complete job? In this case if you do not solve the issue by mutual understanding and if buyer complaint to admin, you will get restricted and buyer will get refund whether your fund able or not.
    On the other hand , if you done job for him 100% correctly, you have right to get fund any way.

    Hello finche,
    As you completed the service and marked it as delivered even though you've only fulfilled 70% of the order, the buyer can, if they feel like it, reject the order. The buyer would have every right to reject this delivery as you haven't delivered what you've agreed on. As others stated, you could have asked for an extension, and you should definitely have discussed this with your client before you marked the order as delivered.

    Whenever you're facing any kind of issues that interfere with your delivery, you should notify your clients immediately, as this could have a negative impact on your future business. Hopefully you'll manage to solve this.

    If you job is not provided as it should be and if your buyer is not happy with it, your job can be canceled at any time even after the money is cleared. But in that case, buyer will need to contact support desk for that action. However i recommend you to finish the work if possible so you will have peace of mind. And please note: it's against Terms of services to ask your buyer to mark the job completed before it is! So it can cost you infraction if you get into more of this problems. Don't do it!

    It is critical that you only deliver an order when it is complete. Your account could get restricted if you sent it over when it was not complete. You basically got the buyer's trust that you will be providing the service, but then you did not send it all, and that is not fair. So make sure you send a message to the buyer to explain this together with the rest of the article or whatever it was he ordered from you, as after all that is what he paid for!
