Can someone help me with this?

So I bought a service it was canceled and the funds were returned to my balance. But the $30 I used to buy the service came from my debit card. Is there a way to put my returned funds in to my PayPal account.

We are able to refund any canceled order once the funds are returned to your SEOClerks account balance. The refund must go back to the original payment source and must be 100% available in your account balance (we are unable to do partial refunds). If you have a cancelled order and still have the funds available in your account balance, please contact the support desk with the order numbers. We do not offer refunds for service upgrades (featured, highlight, etc) or official balance transfers.

Hi Stucky99,

Hope you are doing well! As Beverly stated, your refund must go back to the original payment source which is the debit card. Since it is not possible to refund the money directly back to your PayPal account, you can just get a refund back to your debit card and then transfer the money to your PayPal account by linking your PayPal with your bank account. If you are unsure how to do that, you can check out this article. To transfer the money from your bank to your PayPal account yourself, you may need to use online banking.

yes,,as our senior has answered,,iam once like you,,
little of my story
i did buy services and get rejected from seller,and then my funds available on my balance (top right menu) and iam asking for the help of support ,,and then returned my money in to my balance available for wd,,and then wd to paypal

Thanks for letting us your concern on FAQ section. Above all are give you good suggestion even Beverly replay to you very much. As per as I know after cancel any order if you buyer refund amount will show your SEOclerks main balance and you cannot move it frequently like service selling balance as withdraw by Paypal, Payza or Payoneer. You have to use for purchasing other service from other seller, than your money will utilize on here. And if you want to get your amount to your original payment source, I think you cannot do yourself, you have to contact help desk regarding this matter, than they will solved the issue. And follow what Bev said you.
