YES! But invest is minimal as 2.50$ per promotion even tho 10$ would be best for the start, you can scale it and invest more and more traffic will come. Please note that there is no free traffic but this way you can target your audience the best possible way and works amazing. Also if you have monetization enabled you will get the most % of your investment because the views and the traffic you will get will be legit, so you can monetize it.. For example, when you create fresh channel and when you upload videos you can't be found nowhere on first page even with exact video title. With this method you will generate HQ views which will help you to rank your videos and make your channel more stronger(meaning it will have more authority)

3. Is this method public?
The method is semi-public. Not so many people know about it and if you knew about it you wouldn't be here reading my method on how to grow your channel. You would have knowledge on how to do it.

I have spent 5$ and these are my results on my youtube channel and my videos. This can be scaled with more investment but it is not necessary. I personally will! It can be used for ewhore and CPA too.
